BD Care participates in the "Awareness Day on the need to accelerate and improve patient access to the diagnosis of Rare Diseases" that takes place on February 22nd at 4:00 p.m. via streaming.
Francesc Cayuela, CEO and founder of BD Care, will be participating in table 3, titled "Technology at the service of patients with rare diseases", which takes place at 5:25 p.m. They will talk about how new technological solutions can help in the diagnosis of Rare Diseases, such as the one we are developing at BD Care to diagnose Lysosomal Acid Lipase Deficiency (LALD).
Mr Juan Carrión, president of the Spanish Federation of Rare Diseases (FEDER), will also act as moderator. Mr Joaquín Dopazo, director of bioinformatics of the Progress and Health Foundation of the Junta de Andalucía and Mr Julián Isla, software engineer and designer of a platform to speed up the diagnosis of rare diseases, will join Mr Francesc Cayuela as speakers.
